在广东省“一师一优课”评比活动中，我校吕陈洁老师、刘娟玲老师、王任娴老师、林杰欣老师、林东琳老师、刘燕纯老师喜获潮
阳区优课奖，继续斩获佳绩，喜报再传！再一次证实了我校一流的师资队伍实力非凡。我校历来重视教师的素质培养和提高，校监
林佳霆博士制定了详细的培训计划，并坚持在百忙之中亲自组织培训，或者邀请香港、国外知名教育专家为教师的专业成长提供可
持续性发展的培训，为广大教师提供学习机会和案例，逐渐形成了一支“具有丰厚的学科知识、扎实的教学技能和成熟的教学思想
”的教师队伍。
In the contest of "One Teacher and One Excellent Lesson" in Guangdong Province, Miss. Lv Chenjie, Miss. Liu
Juanling, Miss. Wang Renxian, Miss. Lin Jiexin, Miss. Lin Donglin and Miss. Liu Yanchun of our school are pleased
to win the Chaoyang District Excellent Lesson Award, and continue to achieve good results. We are pleased to report
it again as our school's professional teaching team has extraordinary strength.Our school has always emphasized
great importance to the cultivation and improvement of teachers’ professionalism. Supervisor Dr. Maggie Lam has
formulated a detailed training plan and insisted on organizing the training in a busy schedule. She has invited
renowned educational experts from Hong Kong and abroad to provide sustainable development training programs and
seminars for teachers' professional development, providing opportunities and cases for teachers to learn. It has
gradually formed a contingent of teachers with rich subject knowledge, solid teaching skills and mature teaching
ideas.

Lv Chenjie (Primary school Chinese teacher, Leader of language group)
She is a teacher who loves education and loves students like her children. With her good literary background, she
guides students into the magnificent literary world so as to enrich students’ emotions and improve their
ideological realm.

优课获奖老师——刘娟玲
刘娟玲（小学数学老师、数学组组长）
她是一个深受家长和学生欢迎的老师，多次被评为优秀班主任和优秀教师。在教学工作中不断进取，逐渐形成“立足生活 ,激趣引
思, 自主探究、互动生成”的教学风格，所带班级学生成绩优异。2016年和2018年，她主讲的课例《亿以内数的认识》和《用比例
解决问题》被评为“广东省一师一优课”区级优课。2018年参加潮阳区和汕头市教师技能大赛分别获一等奖和三等奖。

感谢学校给我机会参加优课比赛，我非常自豪在人生的韶华之年，来到骏荣这个幸福的大家庭，在校监的培养、造就下，在领导的

Liu Juanling (Primary school Mathematics teacher, Mathematics team leader)
She is a teacher who is welcomed by parents and students. She has been praised as an excellent class mistress and
excellent teachers. In the teaching work, constantly move ahead, and gradually form a "base on life, stimulate
interesting thinking, independent inquiry and interactive learning" teaching style, with excellent class results.
In 2016 and 2018, her lesson on "Understanding the Number Within a Billion" and "Solving Problems by Proportion"
were awarded "One Teacher, One Excellent Lesson" in Guangdong Province. In 2018, she won Chaoyang and Shantou
teachers' skills competition the first and three prize award respectively.

Thank the school for giving me the opportunity to participate in the excellent lesson competition. I am very proud
of the years of my life at Chun Wing a happiness family. In the school, supervisor's training is very helpful to
build up leadership of trust and the supports of colleagues so as to help me growing up fast. My life is painted by

王任娴（小学英语老师、英语组组长）
毕业于韩山师范学院英语师范专业，英语专业八级，2016年参加汕头市“一师一优课，一课一名师”活动获市级优课奖，2017年参
加汕头市潮阳区教师技能比赛获英语组一等奖，同年参加汕头市中小学幼儿园教师教学技能比赛获三等奖，参加汕头市“一师一优
课，一课一名师”活动获市级优课奖，所撰写的论文获汕头市潮阳区德育论文三等奖。

人们常说，一颗种子，只有深深地植根于沃土，才会有无限生机。作为一名教师，我很感恩能够来到骏荣这片沃土。感谢校监林佳
霆博士，时刻挂念着我们教师的成长和学习，为我们提供学习的机会，为我们传递正能量，使我们有机会学习先进的教育理念和教

Wang Renxian (Primary school English teacher, English team leader)
Graduated from Hanshan Teachers’ College and majored in English at Band 8. In 2016, she participated in Shantou
City's "One Teacher, One Excellent Lesson" program and won the Municipal Excellent Lesson Award. In 2017, she
participated in the Chaoyang District Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition in Shantou City and won the first prize
of the English Teachers’ Competition. In the same year, she won the third prize award of school teaching skills,
then she participated in the Shantou "One Teacher and One Excellent Lesson" program and won the Municipal Excellent
Lesson Award, the paper submitted to the Shantou Chaoyang District and award third prize on moral education.

It is often said that if a seed is deeply rooted in fertile soil, it will have infinite vitality. As a teacher, I
am very grateful to be able to come to Chun Wing the wonderful fertile land. Thank you, Dr. Maggie Lam, the school
supervisor, for always thinking about the growth and learning of our teachers, providing us with learning
opportunities, delivering positive energy for us, giving us the opportunity to learn advanced educational concepts
and methods, and comprehending the true meaning of education. I thank the leaders and colleagues of the school for

林杰欣（小学英语老师）
自创校开始便任教于骏荣学校，有多年国际学校教学经验。一直坚持全英教学，具备优秀的听说读写能力，具有优秀的授课技巧和
课堂管理组织能力。2016年参加“广东省一师一优课”获得区级优课奖，2017年参加潮阳区教师教学技能比赛获英语科三等奖。

Lin Jiexin (Primary school English teacher)
Miss Lin has been teaching in Chun Wing School since its founding and she is also having many years of experience
in teaching international school. We have always adhered to the English teaching, with excellent listening,
speaking, reading and writing skills, excellent teaching skills and classroom management and organizational
ability. In 2016, she participated in "One Teacher and One Excellent Lesson“ in Guangdong Province and won the
Excellent Lesson Award. In 2017, she participated in the Chaoyang District Teachers’ Teaching Skills Competition
and won the third prize award in English.

林东琳(小学美术老师）
2016年指导学生参加潮阳区科协儿童科幻画荣获一等奖，二等奖，三等奖。同年参加国际童画创意联赛荣获指导特等奖。
【获奖感言】
从事美术教育五年，在五年的教学中，我对美术教学有了很多新的认识，尤其在骏荣学校我飞速成长起来。我相信：怀着一颗热爱
孩子、热爱教育的心，定会有所收获。无论课堂内外，我都以培养学生动手能力，以提高学生欣赏美、创造美的能力为目标，力求
让美术教学对学生的成长和发展起到更大的作用。
Lin Donglin (Primary school art teacher)
In 2016, she led and guided students to take the first prize, the second prize and the third prize in the
children's science fiction painting of Chaoyang Association for Science and Technology. In the same year, she won
the outstanding prize of instructor in the international children's painting competition.

In five years of art education, I have gained a lot of new knowledge about art teaching, especially in Chun Wing
School, where I grew up rapidly. I believe with love on children and education, there will be tremendous harvest.
Both inside and outside the classroom, I aim to cultivate students’ practical ability, improve students' ability
to appreciate and create beauty, and strive to make art teaching playing a greater role in the growth and
development of students.

刘燕纯（心理教师）
大学本科学历，5年教育经验，善于跟学生沟通，聆听他们的心声，促进他们的健康成长。
