英国慈善之旅▶

因儿女都在英国留学，每年都会飞来英国与他们相聚。今次飞过来英国的主要任务是支持全球顶尖百货公司—Marks & Spencer马莎百货公司举办的“英国夏日慈善晚会”，为乳癌基金会筹款。人活在世上，总要为社会和世人作一点贡献，才不枉此生！多年来，我是香港乳癌基金会的捐款支持者，曾设计一系列适合乳癌患者穿着的“粉红丝带”内衣系列，将“粉红丝带”系列产品的收益捐赠给慈善事业。时至今日，我们骏荣纺织依旧生产乳癌病患者的内衣，这些特别的内衣不是每个厂家都愿意做的，因为技术和成本真的很高，但我们觉得能够帮助别人十分有意义。存好心、说好话、做好事，一生施爱行善，以生命影响生命，这就是我的人生理念。

British Charity Tour

It is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books. During a journey, people can relax, increase knowledge, broaden horizon and understand themselves more. Itis a good opportunity to learn the exotic culture and scenery of other countries. It is grateful that our school supervisor Dr. Maggie Lam is going to bring us to the North Europe and experience the unique Nordic culture. 

I have to visit UK every year because my children are studying there. The main reason this time was to support the world’s top department store - Marks & Spencer. A ‘British Summer Charity Ball’ was held to raise fund for the Breast Cancer Foundation. It is a fortune to have the opportunity to contribute to the society! I am also a supporter of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation and used to design a series of underwear called ‘Pink Ribbon’ that is suitable for the breast cancer patients to wear. The profit of the products was all donated to charity. Our company is still producing the series of underwear now.Not many companies are willing to produce this special underwear because of the high cost. However, we thought it is very important to have the ability to help others. Keep good intentions, say good words and do good jobs! My philosophy oflife is to help and change others’ life!

北欧挪威，是世界上三大出口石油的国家之一，600万人口，以基督教为国教。非常注重环保，空气非常好，水质好，口渴的话打开水龙头可直接饮用。国民素质非常高，温文有礼，不做欺骗的事，不打架，没有毒奶粉和毒西瓜，没有拐带儿童。治安非常好，他们只宣扬和平友爱。要国泰民安，首先要国民一起修心，心好，一切才能好！我们要：多存好心，多说好话，多做好事！做个三好国民！为国家做贡献，为国家争光！

Norway– a country which has a lot of world class artists

Norway,located in northern Europe, is the world's three largest exporter of oil. Ithas 6 millions of the population, and the national religion is Christianity.People in Norway pay much attention to environmental protection. The air andwater is very clean there and people can drink the tap water directly. People are very gentle and polite. The law and order there is excellent and people always promote love and peace! If you love your country, you have to  work hard and help others, contribute to thesociety and the country!

奥斯陆市政厅（挪威語：Oslo rådhus）是挪威首都奥斯陆的市议会、市政府的办公地点，并且也是艺术工作社和画廊。奥斯陆市政厅是诺贝尔和平奖的仪式举办地，是奥斯陆著名建筑之一。在2005年，奥斯陆市政厅被选为奥斯陆的世纪建筑。

奥斯陆身为欧洲对难民宽容的城市，或许正是因诺贝尔和平奖光辉而来的另一种温暖。自奥斯陆颁授和平奖开始，持续将人道主义扩及于世，就此注定这个城市要走一条有别于欧洲大城的路，每年全世界都有上亿人同時盯着位于在這座城市的亨利‧易卜生街（Henik Ibsens gate）上，那栋棕色的诺贝尔研究中心，直到宣布当年的和平奖得主。

Oslo City Hall (Norway: Oslo rådhus) is the City Council of Oslo in Norway. It is the office of the municipal government, and is also an art work agency and gallery. Oslo City Hall is the place where Nobel Peace Prize ceremony held. It is one of the most famous buildings in Oslo. It was chosen as the actual building in Oslo in 2005. 

Being the city for most tolerant of refugees in Europe, maybe it was caused by the glory of the Nobel Peace Prize. Since Oslo held the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, it showed humanitarianism to the world continuously. It doomed the city to go to an extraordinary way in Europe. There were hundreds of millions people around the world stared at the Yellow House (The Nobel Research Center) every year, which is located in the Henry Ibsen Street （Henik Ibsens gate）, waiting for the announcement of the Nobel Peace Prize winner of the year!

奥斯陆歌剧院（挪威語：Operahuset）為挪威歌剧和芭蕾舞团的所在地，是以大理石和玻璃建造的宏伟建筑，形同冒出水面的冰川。 奥斯陆歌剧院是自 14 世紀初以來的挪威******文化中心。它设有 3 个舞台和逾 1,000 個厅室，此建筑的显著设计特征是从奥斯陆峡湾倾斜突出的屋顶。这个屋顶可以是行走的广场，是让人赞叹不已的建筑。「她是城市建筑的象征符号，她让人最欣赏的是她對外開放、普通市民都可以使用.....歌剧院的大厅会整天開放.....」也因此，这栋建物物不仅是观赏表演的场所，也是市民休闲放松的好去处。

Oslo Opera Theatre (Norway: Operahuset) is the seat of the Norway opera and ballet troupe. It is a magnificent building made in marble and glass, just likes a glacier on the water. It is also the largest cultural center in Norway since the beginning of fourteenth century. It has three stages and more than 1000 halls and the significant design features of this building are from the roof of the Oslo gorge. The roof could be a walking square, which is easily left to appreciation. ‘She is a symbol of urban architecture. The most appreciated part is that she is open to the public, everybody can use it…The hall of the opera house will be open all day…’Therefore, this building is not only a place to watch the performances, but also a good place for people to relax.

挪威人民的文化艺术修养非常高，从全世界知名的拍卖会及挪威国家美术博物馆NationalGallery可以了解到挪威是出产世界级艺术家的国家。美术馆内展有挪威及欧洲各国的绘画、雕刻、摄影及素描等，其中以蒙奇 Munch、马奈、塞尚、马帝斯、毕加索等法国和近代欧洲画家的作品居多。

People in Norway also have a very high quality of cultural and artistic accomplishment. From the famous auction all over the world and Norway National Art Museum, you can understand that Norway is a country which provides a lot of world class artist.ArtMuseum exhibits painting, sculpture, photography and drawing from Norway and European countries, including Munch, Manet, Cezanne,Matisse and Picasso etc.

我朋友的孩子Wilhelm Zhao ，挪威出生长大，阳光健康有礼，热爱学习，懂英语、挪威语、法国语等多门世界通用语言，现就读于英国爱丁堡理工大学，念计算机程序设计，这是一门不容易念的学科，他的父亲是一名艺术品收藏家，温文有礼，热爱帮助别人。所以我常常说：有什么样的家长，就会有什么样的孩子！很多家长老是责怪自己的孩子不听话，有很多坏习惯要改......说得孩子一无是处。亲爱的家长，要孩子好，请你首先改变你自己，家长1%的改变，就能成就孩子幸福的人生！

My friend's child, Wilhelm Zhao, was born and raised in Norway. He loves learning very much and now studying at the University of Edinburgh in UK. His major subject is computer programming, which is very difficult to learn. His father is an art collector, very polite and loves to help others! That is why Ialways said: good parents will always nurture good children! If you want your child performs good, change yourself first! 1% of parent’s change can help children achieve successful life!

为什么爱德华•蒙克Edvard Munch（1863年12月12日－1944年1月23日）的一幅世界名作《吶喊》价值6亿多？我们很幸运，原本星期日不开放的蒙克故居，去碰运气，竟然有开，因此我们参观了世界级艺术家爱德华•蒙克故居。我们在他画画的地方拍照留念，研究他的创作风格。他是挪威表现主义画家、版画家，他把心理苦闷的、强烈的、呼唤式的心情都在画中表露无遗，原来都是因为经历得多，灵感就多，祝福他在天国开心生活。

Edvard Munch – a lonely world class painter

Ambition never dies until there is no way out. In order to see the most famous painting “cry”, which values more than 6 billions, by Edvard Munch (December 12, 1863 1944 January 23rd)? We were so lucky that Munch’s former residence originally wouldn’t open on Sunday, left it to chance, we went there and found it was open! So we visit his former residence, took pictures in the place where he was working and investigate his painting style. He was an expressionist painter and printmaker in Norway. He expressed the depress,anger, intense and helpless in his painting. It made me feel that when peopleget more experience, they will have more inspiration. Wish him a happy life in heaven!

仔细观赏爱德华•蒙克价值6亿元的《呐喊》，画中没有一处不充满动荡感，天空与水流的扭动曲线，与桥的粗壮挺直的斜线形式鲜明对比。整个构图在旋转的动感中，充满粗犷、强烈的节奏。把凄惨的尖叫变成了可见的振动。这种将声波图像化的表现手法，或许可以与梵高的名作《星夜》中力与能量的图像化表现相联系。蒙克在这里，将那由尖叫所产生的极度的内在焦虑，转化为一种令人信服的抽象意象。如此，他将其画面上的情感表现几乎推向了极致……

Watching carefully the painting “cry”, it had a sense of turbulence. Twist curves from the sky and water contrasted with the sharp slash form thick and straightbridge. The whole composition was in a rotating motion, with rough and strong rhythm.He made the miserable scream into a visible vibration. This expression could becompared with Van Gogh's "starry night".Here, Munch transformed the extreme inner anxieties of the scream into acompelling image of abstraction. He pushed the emotions on the picture into theextreme…

北欧奥斯陆—宽容接纳各地难民▶

来到北欧奥斯陆，奥斯陆是挪威第一大都市，挪威以人道主义示人，奥斯陆一如人权之国的大门，数十年来展开双手，接济援助受政府迫害的各国人民不知多少。越南之后，触角还伸向动荡的中东，以及深受饥荒所苦的非洲和其他贫困交迫的欧洲小国。于是走在奥斯陆街上，轻易就能遇上来自巴基斯坦、伊拉克、阿富汗、索马利亚、科索沃或者罗马尼亚等完全不同面容的移居者，他们以难民身分（refugee）在此取得新生，等待有朝一日可以抹去难民的印记。

Arrived at Oslo, which was the largest city in Norway. Norway, a country implements humanitarianism and gave assistance to people who were persecuted by their government all over the world in the past dozens of years. After Vietnam, the tentacles also extended to the volatile Middle East, the famine plagued by poverty in Africaand other small European countries. So walking in the streets of Oslo, you could meet people from Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Kosovo or Romaniaeasily. They made a new life in the status of refugee, wishing to forget thepain of being refugee one day.

这城市何等宽容，所以享有人权之都、和平之城的美誉。我背后的建筑物就是皇宫，没有严密的守卫，因为治安很好。你会发现所有的街道都非常干净，没人随处扔垃圾，就算是在家里也有4个分类垃圾桶，分别是：厨余、纸类、玻璃类、塑料类。国民非常自觉支持环保，这是很值得我们学习的。希望不久的将来，我们也能够做到，身体力行支持环保，一切由我们学校做起！

This was a city of tolerance; you can havehuman rights and peace there. There were no guards outside the palace behindme, because the law and order was very good. You would also notice the streetswere clean and tidy, rubbish could hardly be found. There were four garbagecollection classifications at home, namely: kitchen, paper, glass and plastics.

奥斯陆的观光名胜─维格朗雕塑公园，震撼你的心灵▶ 

挪威维格朗雕塑公园（Vigeland sculpturepark）位于奥斯陆市的西部，是当今世界上******的裸体雕塑公园，是每一个来挪威旅游者必到之地，由挪威著名雕塑家古斯塔夫•维格朗（GustavVigeland，1875年-1948年）在1906~1943年间的雕塑作品组成，这些雕塑有石质的也有铜的，带有雕塑家强烈的风格烙印。公园占地80公顷，按几何图形设置，共有192座雕像，650个浮雕，有石雕和铜雕，全部雕塑都是裸体，讲述人类从生到死之人伦、人理、人生。整个公园找不到一个注释牌，全凭你的理解去感悟。愤怒的小孩，是最出名的，将小孩发怒、大哭，挥拳、顿足的神态刻划得维妙维肖。

Vigeland sculpture park was located in the western part of Oslo. It was thelargest Nude Sculpture Park in the world. Every tourist in Norway would like tovisit this park. It was composed of the sculpture in by the famous Norwaysculptor Vigeland Gustaf (Vigeland Gustav, 1875 -1948).  The sculptures were made of stone and copper,representing the unique style of the sculptor. The park covered an area of 80hectares, designed according to geometry. There were totally 192 statues, with 650 reliefs including stone carving and sculpture. All the sculptures were naked which expressed people from birth to death, lifescience and human relations. You could not find any annotation in the park, the appreciation of the artworks was all by your own perception. The“Angry Child” was the most famous one, portrayed the boiling over, crying andpunching of a child remarkably.

住在好友开的酒店里，还特别安排了一间古色古香、放满珍贵古董的房间给我们，一张名画可以买一间房子，真的大開眼界！在此，非常感谢好友的盛情接待，带我们游遍挪威著名的景点，还陪伴我们来到丹麦交流，让此趟北欧之旅无懈可击！感动感恩！

We lived in the hotel run by my best friend.Our room was speciallyarranged that filled with precious antiques. Oh! What a lovely antique! Asingle painting can cost a house! Be careful!Don't touch it! I have to thank for the hospitalityof my friend and taking us to the most famous scenic spots in Norway. My friendalso accompanied us to make a trip to Denmark. What a wonderful trip! Grateful!

丹麦—世界童话的摇篮地▶

欣喜万分地来到丹麦，感觉是我通过了一些上帝设立的考试，上帝赐福给我，赐我恩典赐我力量，嘱咐我继续勇往直前，努力把学校办好，坚持良心办学。来到丹麦，就一定要看看世界闻名的美人鱼铜像，她位于丹麦哥本哈根市中心东北部的长堤公园(Langelinie)，是丹麦的象征。远望这个人身鱼尾的美人鱼，她坐在一块巨大的花岗石上，恬静娴雅，悠闲自得。走近这座铜像，看到的却是一个神情忧郁、冥思苦想的少女。铜像高约1.5米，基石直径约1.8米，是丹麦雕刻家爱德华•艾瑞克森(Edvard Eriksen)根据安徒生童话《海的女儿》铸塑的。爱情的力量是巨大的，但要理智一点好，爱情只是人生的一部分而已，人生在世还有很多很美好的事情等你去探索去追求。“从此，勇敢的王子和美丽的公主就在森林里过上了幸福的生活。”安徒生童话不少以这样的文笔收尾，留下无限美好的想象。而他的国家丹麦也正是像它所流传的童话那般，拥有绝色的风景和安居乐业的人民。

我小时候最喜爱阅读的图书就是《安徒生童话》。汉斯•克里斯蒂安•安徒生（1805-1875），丹麦19世纪著名童话作家，既是世界文学童话的代表人物之一，也是个虔诚的基督教徒，被誉为「世界儿童文学的太阳」。他出生于欧登塞城一个贫穷的鞋匠家庭，童年生活贫苦，随后历尽艰辛，长期坚持学习和创作。他最著名的童话故事有《小锡兵》《海的女儿》《拇指姑娘》《卖火柴的小女孩》《丑小鸭》《皇帝的新装》等。安徒生生前曾得到皇家的致敬，并被高度赞扬：给全欧洲的好几代孩子带来了欢乐。他的作品《安徒生童话》已被译为150多种语言，成千上万册童话书在全球陆续发行和出版。

Wecame to Denmark with great joy. I felt that I had passed the examination of God. God blessed me and gave me the strength to keep on going. We worked hard to run an exceptional school! In Denmark, we must take a look at the world famous Mermaid. She was located in the Langelinie Park, which was the symbol of Denmark in the northeast of the city center of Copenhagen. A mermaid could beseen. It seemed that she was sitting on granite silently. When we lookedclosely, she was a depressed and thoughtful girl! The statue was about 1.5 meters high with a cornerstone of a diameter of about 1.8 meters. It was made according to Andersen's fairy tale "the daughter of the sea" by the Danish sculptor Edward Eriksen. The power of love was great, but it was better to bereasonable. Love was just a part of life; there was still a lot of good thingsin life waiting for you to pursuit. "Finally, the brave prince and the beautiful princess lived happily ever after in the forest.” A lot of Andersen's fairy tales ended in this way, leaving infinite imagination for the readers.Denmark was also like a fairy tale, having stunning scenery and the people were living and working peacefully.

WhenI was a child, my most favorite reading was "Andersen's fairy tales".Christian Andersen Hans (1805-1875)wasa famous Danish writer of fairy tales in nineteenth Century.He was a pious Christian and one of the representative figures of worldliterary fairy tales. He was also known as "Sun of the world children'sliterature”. He was born in poor shoemaker family at Odense city. His childhood was living in poverty and subsequently experienced all kinds of hardships. Heinsisted to learn and create for a very long time.  His most famous stories were "the smalltin soldiers", "the daughter of the sea","Thumbelina", "match selling little girl", "the ugly duckling", the emperor's new clothes ". Andersen had received theroyal salute, and was highly praised: Bringing joy to a generation of childrenin Europe. His work, "Andersen's fairy tales", was translated intomore than 150 languages, and thousands of fairy tales are printed and publishedin the world.

在世界的尽头—天涯海角垂钓，我不建议垂钓，但是就很欣赏垂钓者的耐心与毅力，只要有恒心，铁杵磨成针！这也证明了无论做什么事情，只要坚持就一定会成功的。

I did not recommend fishing in the remotest corners of the world.But I did appreciate the patienceand perseverance of the fishermen. This also proved that no matter what you do;persistence was the key of success!

北欧文化之旅，虽已告一段落，却仍让我回味无穷，让我能够见识和体验到更多不一样的国家、文化和事物，丰富阅历，开拓眼界，让我的一生变得更加饱满充实。我非常希望，有一天，骏荣孩子们也有这样的机会，读万卷书，行万里路，亲身体验北欧文化的独特魅力，在人生旅途中坚持终身学习的态度，不断进步！

The Nordic cultural tour has come to an end, but I still got endless aftertastes. It let me see and experience the culture and history of different countries. It broadened my horizons and filled up my life. I really hope that children in Chun Wing also have such opportunity one day. They could also experience the unique Nordic culture, persist in the attitude of lifelong learning, and improve constantly!
