为更好地创新家长学校工作模式，鼓励家长以关注教育、关心教育、服务教育的工作热情参与教育实践，学校发挥社会、家庭、学校三位一体的教育优势，开展了交通安全疏导义工活动，此项活动得到了家长们的大力支持，开展得有声有色。

In order to better innovate the work model of parents school, parents were encouraged to participate in educational practice with the enthusiasm of focusing, caring, and serving education. The school has taken the educational advantages of society, family, and school to carry out road safety and volunteer activities. The activity received strong support from parents and the development was very impressive.

在家长义工们的协助下，大放学的秩序更加良好，孩子的安全又多了一道保护墙，孩子们也看到了家长们最好的榜样。

With the helping of the parent volunteers, the order of the school main gate was better improved. Therefore, the safety of the children has added a protective wall and the children could learn from  the best example of their parents.

送人玫瑰，手留余香；送人灯盏，心有余光。因为义工活动，我们付出了爱，但也从中收获了爱。我们给别人带来快乐的同时，自己也得到了快乐，我们的快乐由心而来。

Giving a rose, leaving a handful of fragrance; giving a light, and shining from deeply heart. Because of the volunteer activities, we contributed our love, but we also gained love from it. When we brought happiness to others, we also got happiness, and our happiness came from the heart.

本学期邀请家长们参加交通安全疏导义工活动，日后也将开展不同的义工活动。这是一种大胆的探索，是一种教育的创新，是家校共育的途径之一，打开了教育的另一扇视窗。

Parents were invited to participate in road safety diversion volunteer activities this semester, and different volunteer activities would be carried out in the future. This was a bold exploration, an innovation and a way of co-education by home and school so as to open another perspective of education.
